RecraDroom B.V., established in Veenendaal, at Bobinestraat 7-5, 3903 KE, Chamber of Commerce number 88767019, is referred to in these terms and conditions as the contractor.
RecraDroom B.V. provides professional and specialist services, including in the field of acting as an intermediary in the purchase and sale of holiday homes and recreational properties.
Article 1 — Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply: • Contractor: RecraDroom B.V. • Client: the natural or legal person who commissions the services • Agreement: the contract for services between the contractor and the client
Article 2 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements under which RecraDroom B.V. offers or provides services.
Article 3 — Assignment
The contractor carries out the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. The contractor has an obligation to make its best efforts and not an obligation to achieve a result.
Article 4 — Commission
The commission is payable at the moment an agreement is concluded through the contractor's involvement. The amount of the commission is set out in the intermediary agreement.
Article 5 — No cure, no pay
RecraDroom B.V. works on a no cure, no pay basis for sellers. The commission is charged exclusively to the buyer upon a successful transaction.
Article 6 — Liability
The liability of RecraDroom B.V. is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by the professional indemnity insurance.
Article 7 — Complaints
Complaints about the services must be reported in writing to RecraDroom B.V. within 14 days of discovery, via info@recradroom.nl.
Article 8 — Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with RecraDroom B.V. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Midden-Nederland district.
